New for 2011 at the Dragon Boat Festival!

  • All one day -Races followed by dance at Bobby Orr Community Centre
  • PLEDGES go to the local charity or non-profit of your choice. The Rotary Club is providing fund-raising opportunities through the Dragon Boat Festival. (for more info contact June or Sue)
  • More kids games
  • Family Division – 10 or more 10-18 year olds plus 2 or more adults (parents, aunts, uncles, family friends) from 9 – 90. Special price $500.00. Finish early.

New for 2010

Here’s what’s new for the 2010 Dragon Boat Festival!

  • Friday, June 11 – BBQ and dance to Muskoka Road at YMCA
  • Pledging: pledges will go to Residential Hospice of Parry Sound. However, if you would like to support a charity of your choice other than Hospice through your team pledges at the Parry Sound Dragon Boat Festival, you are welcome to do so. The organization which is the recipient of your pledges must be a registered charity or non-profit, preferably local. Please specify this when you register. Please raise a minimum of $200.
  • 2000M Chase to be run at the end of the day with the 8 fastest teams including the fastest local team.
  • Early bird Registration by May 1, 2010. (more info in registration package)
